When can I bring scrap?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 11:45 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. We’re open Saturday from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Please bring scrap to be weighed at least 15 minutes before we close.
What are you paying for scrap?
Prices are updated periodically. You can see most of our current rates here.
Our prices are based on market rates, which change daily, and are subject to change without notice.
Will I get paid same-day?
You will most likely get paid the same day by check or cash, depending on if you are a first-time or repeat customer. Call us at (903) 935-7891 for more information.
Do I need to bring my ID to sell scrap?
For aluminum, copper, lead and brass items, Texas law requires that you bring a valid photo ID to sell your scrap.
Do you have equipment to help unload scrap?
We do! Please call ahead at (903) 935-7891 to discuss what kind of load you’re bringing so we can have the proper equipment ready when you get here.

How can I set up scrap disposal service with Texas Scrap & Salvage?
Setting up service is easy. Just give us a call at (903) 935-7891. We’ll walk you through your options, answer any questions, and help determine the right equipment and pickup schedule for your operation.

Do I need an appointment for service?
If you need a container picked up, please give us a call! We will schedule a time with you to pick up your scrap.
Dropping off instead? No appointment is necessary, but we do encourage you to call ahead for large volumes to minimize wait times.
